In the permanent category, covering the work of regional branches, repairs and achievements for the year – a branch in the North Kazakhstan region.

In the branch of RSE "Kazhydromet" in the North Kazakhstan region, meteorological monitoring is carried out at 11 meteorological stations (MS), 5 automatic meteorological stations (AMS), 11 agrometeorological posts, 11 automatic agrometeorological posts (AAP), 19 hydrological posts (GP) (of which 18 are water-measuring, 13 are runoff, 1 lake and 11 conduct meteorological observations).

• In 2021, ongoing repairs were carried out at the meteorological stations of Yavlenka, Saumalkol, Petropavlovsk, Ruzaevka, Vysotenka, Blagoveshchenka, Kishkenekol, Tayynsha and Chkalovo.
• In 2021, the fence of the meteorological site was replaced with MS Saumalkol.
• Mobile buildings are installed at the Sergeevka and Saumalkol weather stations.
• On January 1, 2021, a new agrometeorological post Zhastar was opened.
• Lighting repairs were carried out at MS Tayynsha, masts were installed at MS Kishkenekol, Yavlenka, Tayynsha and Chkalovo.
• The mobile building of MS Sergeevka is connected to the power supply.
• Psychrometric booths at all 11 weather stations have been replaced.
• An ice machine is installed at MS Timiryazevo and MS Petropavlovsk.
• Permafrost meters with the ability to measure the depth of soil freezing up to 3 meters are installed at 12 observation points.
• The automatic agropost was moved to the Novoishimsky AAP closer to the observation area, a fence was installed.
• Updated computers at all 11 weather stations.
• Since July 1, 2021, the weather stations of the North Kazakhstan Region send urgent telegrams directly through the WEB interface, appropriate training has been carried out.
• All weather stations and agricultural posts are equipped with instruments, equipment, overalls and snowshoes in full.
• 10 agricultural posts and 10 hydraulic posts are provided with tablets.
• In April 2022, the National Accreditation Center LLP confirmed the laboratory's compliance with the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.
• Before the flood, all posts were visited, methodical consultations on spring hydrological work were given.
• During the flood, all posts were involved in information work, the hydrological situation was covered daily in the media and social networks.
