Published 28.09.2022 Kazhydromet employees conducted an excursion for students of the Center for Youth Tourism and Local History of the Higher College of Transport and Communications of Astana.
Children attend the Ecology of the Future circle and are actively interested in everything related to the weather and climate change. During the tour, the children got acquainted with the museum of RSE "Kazhydromet" and saw the instruments that meteorologists used in the last century. Historical documents, meteorological instruments and documentary memoirs of honored workers of Kazhydromet are collected here. The Museum of the History of the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan, opened in 2021 in honor of the 100th anniversary.
