Published 29.09.2022 RSE "Kazhydromet" and Al-Farabi Kazakh National University signed a number of agreements on the organization of continuous professional practice of students of the faculties of "Hydrology" and "Meteorology" for 2022-2025. In addition to students, the agreements include internships for bachelors, undergraduates and doctoral students of KazNU.
The Department of Meteorology and Hydrology is the main training place for specialists in the hydrometeorological industry of Kazakhstan, and Kazhydromet is the main employer for these faculties, therefore it is directly interested in conducting production and research practice for its potential employees.
The parties annually approve the schedules of the academic calendar and, based on the results of the internship, students receive characteristics and an assessment of the level of knowledge.
RSE "Kazhydromet" employs more than 3,000 employees and most of them are graduates of the country's oldest university – Al-Farabi KazNU!
