Kazhydromet was visited by representatives of hydrometeorological services of Central Asian countries

On October 28, the Third Meeting of the Steering Committee on Rapidly Developing Floods in Central Asian Countries ended in Astana.
Representatives of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), National Hydrometeorological Services and Ministries of Emergency Situations of Central Asian countries visited Kazhydromet RSE.
In 2022, Kazhydromet RSE turned 100 years old. In honor of the centennial celebration, the Weather Service of Kazakhstan has opened a museum of the history of the development of the hydrometeorological service of the country. The participants of the meeting got acquainted with the history of the company's development, visited the hydrometeorological center, talked informally with colleagues and exchanged impressions of the museum exhibits.
