In November, the air temperature throughout the republic is predicted to be within the climatic norm, precipitation distribution is expected as follows: in the western half of Kazakhstan it is less than normal, in the eastern half it is about normal.
At the beginning of November, a cyclone that dived from Scandinavia deep into the European territory of Russia (ETR) will shift at high speed to the territory of Kazakhstan, causing unstable weather in most regions. Precipitation is expected in the form of rain and sleet, in the south of the republic there will still be mainly rains. The heaviest precipitation associated with atmospheric fronts will take place in the northwest, north and center of the country. The wind will increase to 15-28 m/s, icy phenomena will be observed in some areas.
The air temperature in the first days of November on the territory of Kazakhstan will be -5+5 °C at night, +1+9 °C during the day, in the south and south-east of the country it is warmer - +10+18 °C during the day.
From the middle of the first decade, an active cyclone will leave the territory of Kazakhstan, shifting eastward, an anticyclone will spread in the wake of this cyclone from the Black Sea regions, causing precipitation to stop at the beginning in the western regions, at the end of the decade precipitation will stop in the rest of the republic. A gradual decrease in air temperature is expected:
in the northern half at night to -3-13 ° C, in the afternoon to -5 +2 ° C,
in the southern half at night to -5 +2 ° C, in the afternoon to 0,+8 ° C.
In the second and third decades of the month, cold air masses will often arrive on the territory of Kazakhstan from the regions of the Northern Seas, Western and Eastern Siberia, unstable weather is predicted. The thermometer columns will drop:
in the western, northern, central and eastern regions at night to -17-25 ° C, during the day to -5-12 ° C;
in the south, south-east of the republic at night up to -10-17 ° C, in the afternoon up to -3-10 ° C.
However, warm days are not excluded, when air masses will arrive on the territory of Kazakhstan from the Atlantic and the territory of Iran.
