Seminar on prevention of conflicts of interest between employer and employees

On November 10, 2022, employees of RSE "Kazhydromet" took part in the seminar "Prevention of conflicts of interest in the public and quasi-public sectors". The training course is organized within the framework of the "Integrity review" project initiated between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The course participants are employees of compliance services, heads of personnel and legal departments of akimats and quasi–public sector entities.
The seminar raised issues such as solving problems between employers and employees, considered ways to resolve conflict problems with maximum consideration of the interests of employees.
