The Museum of Kazhydromet was visited by the capital's schoolchildren

In the last days of autumn, students of 70 metropolitan schools visited the museum of RSE "Kazhydromet". In honor of the 100th anniversary of the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan, in December 2021, a museum of the century-old history of the Weather Service was opened in the walls of Kazhydromet.  For students of grades 7-8, who are now actively studying the climate and geographical features of Kazakhstan, visiting the Kazhydromet Museum is one of the most interesting events. An employee of a state-owned enterprise told and showed how the weather is forecast, how forecasters write forecasts and what they use in their work. The guys saw historical instruments and photos of veterans of the industry.
