Published 28.11.2022 On November 23, the Svetoch Orphanage turned 23 years old. The private institution "Svetoch" Orphanage was founded by Lilia Veniaminovna Solovyova on the basis of the Charity Center for Family Development and Family Relations "Svetoch" in November 1999.
In 1999, there were 18 children in the orphanage. Over the years, 152 children have come out of the walls of the House into the life. The pupils of the "Svetoch" constantly participate in regional Olympiads, contests and competitions, and take places of honor.
