Kazhydromet successfully passed the First supervisory audit of the anti-corruption management system for compliance with the international standard ISO37001:2016 "Anti-corruption management systems"

During 2022, under the leadership of the General Director of Kazhydromet, the anti-corruption compliance service, with the participation of heads of structural divisions, carried out work to maintain the ISO 37001:2016 standard. As part of this work, necessary changes and additions were made to the local acts of the enterprise, issues of conflict of interest were dealt with, additional regulations were developed for selected industries and areas of activity of the enterprise, internal audits were conducted and corruption risks were overestimated, explanatory work was conducted and training seminars were conducted.
On December 13-14, a representative of the international certification body - auditor conducted the First supervisory audit of the anti-corruption management system of RSE "Kazhydromet" for compliance with the international standard ISO37001:2016. Based on the results, the auditor decided to recommend to the certification body to extend the validity of the certificate for a year.
In turn, the auditor highly appreciated the work carried out over the past period, noting the involvement of the management and the entire team in activities to reduce corruption risks.
