Published 12.04.2023 Today, employees of the Research Center of RSE "Kazhydromet" celebrate their professional holiday. April 12 is defined as the "Day of Science Workers" by the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan on October 20, 2011. Historically, this holiday was timed to the birthday of Academician K.I. Satpayev, the first President of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR.
Employees of the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan held their professional holiday in their usual manner – organized a quiz (from the English quiz — "quiz", "test") for employees of Kazhydromet. The events were held in an atmosphere of games and intellectual competition. Also, the staff of the Research Center prepared an exhibition of their products and a presentation of posters and shared their latest scientific publications. The strongest won, both in scientific and industry topics.
