In the north, snow, blizzard, ice

The territory of Kazakhstan will be under the power of an active, humid cyclone from the Black Sea and cold Arctic air from the Scandinavian Peninsula. The collision of cold and heat has already led to the activation of the frontal sections, in this regard, unstable weather is expected, precipitation will take place, sometimes heavy precipitation: in the west in the form of rain, in the northern regions – rain turning into snow, blizzard, ice and fog. Therefore, tomorrow morning residents of the northern regions of the country will be greeted with snowy and windy weather. In the southern regions, a decrease in heat and heavy rains with thunderstorms and hail are also expected. Strong winds are expected throughout the territory, in the south of the country with gusts of 30 m/s or more.
Frosts are expected in West Kazakhstan, from April 16 in Atyrau, Mangystau, Kyzylorda, from April 17 in Turkestan regions at night.
