Training seminar on the development of competencies and promotion of French experience in the field of water resources management in Central Asia

From July 3 to 5, 2023, a seminar on "Economic assessment of water resources management programs" is being held at Nazarbayev University in Astana. The training seminar was organized by the Embassy of France in Kazakhstan within the framework of the project of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France "Development of competencies and promotion of French experience in the field of water resources management in Central Asia".  
The invited economist of the Bureau of Geological and Mining Research (BRGM), Mr. Madjid BOUZIT, along with the economic assessment of water management programs, the economic assessment of environmental goods, will talk about economic tools for water management, including water pricing in France.
An employee of RSE "Kazhydromet" took part in the training as a student of the course.  
The next seminar with the participation of a BRGM expert is scheduled for July 19-21, 2023 in Almaty on the topic "Dispersed pollution".
