Published 16.10.2023 On October 10-11, 2023, a Regional Scientific Forum was held in Bucharest, Romania, dedicated to several key topics, including the "Early Warnings for All" initiative. On behalf of the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan, Nurlan Abayev, Director of the RSE "Kazhydromet" Research Center, took part in the discussion.
This event created a platform for fruitful discussions, the exchange of ideas and the formation of goals for the promotion of scientific knowledge and its positive impact on society.
At the end of the forum, a "Decision" was made, which will serve as an important roadmap for the direction of future initiatives. This document underlines the importance of continuing efforts and cooperation in solving urgent problems related to weather, water resources and climate, and also defines concrete steps for their implementation in the interests of our planet and future generations.
