In the first decade of November, moderately warm weather was observed in the predominant territory of the grain-growing zone of Kazakhstan. Precipitation within 3-4 days delayed the completion of harvesting of spring grain crops in some areas in Aktobe, Kostanay, Karaganda, Abai and East Kazakhstan regions.
In the areas of winter wheat cultivation in the south and south-east of the republic, precipitation somewhat hindered the completion of sowing operations. A decrease in air temperature at night to minus 1 ... 6 ° C of frost, damage to winter cereals was not observed. The precipitation was favorable for replenishing soil moisture.
At the observed sites in Almaty, Zhetysu, Zhambyl and Turkestan regions, the phase of development "grain germination" - "3rd leaf" was observed on winter wheat crops, and "tillering" was observed around Uzynagash station in Almaty region. The condition of crops everywhere is excellent and good.
In the Abai and Kostanay regions, harvesting continues on the observed sunflower plots, the condition of the crops is mostly good.
In orchards with fruit crops (apple, cherry, pear, raspberry) in the southern regions of the republic, the "leaf fall" phase is mainly observed. The condition of the fruit trees in the observed areas is excellent and good.
In the areas of pastoral livestock grazing was carried out everywhere. Harvesting, hauling and stacking of herbs in the west continues. Animal transportation continues in the Suzak district of Turkestan region.
The condition of grass on pastures is mostly satisfactory, on some pastures it is good. Pastures are moderately grazed, in some areas weakly grazed. Pastures in Irgiz district of Aktobe region, Moyinkum and Shuisky districts of Zhambyl region have not been grazed, they are strongly grazed in Zhambyl district of Almaty region, in Talas district of Zhambyl region and in Syrym, Kaztalovsky, Akzhaiksky districts of West Kazakhstan region.
