At the end of the decade, in the southeast, the soil froze to a depth of 18 cm, in the south of the republic, soil freezing was practically not observed, only in the Kazygurt district of Kazygurt station, the soil froze to 4 cm.

In the last decade of December, grazing of animals was carried out on a large area of pasture livestock.
