Kazhydromet was trained in the seminar "Anti-corruption compliance in the public and quasi-public sectors"

On April 24, 2024, an officer of the anti-corruption compliance service of RSE Kazhydromet and the Ethics Commissioner of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the training seminar "Anti-corruption compliance in the public and quasi-public sectors". The training course is organized within the framework of the project "Integrity Review". In 2021, the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the grant agreement between Kazakhstan and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development on the implementation of the Review project.
The speakers of the seminar were Frederick Boyem and Oksana Gus. Frederick Boyem is a Doctor of Economics with 20 years of experience in research in the field of corruption, governance, institutional changes and public sector reforms. Oksana Gus has a PhD in political science and 10 years of experience in the field of corruption research and anti–corruption education.
