Measurements of water consumption on the Zhaiyk River were carried out in the West Kazakhstan region

On April 29, 2024, in connection with the spill of the Zhaiyk River, specialists of the regional branch of RSE Kazhydromet in the West Kazakhstan region carried out measurements of water flow on the river and floodplains in the hydrological alignment of the village of Kushum in the West Kazakhstan region to more fully account for the amount of water.
Measurements of water flow along the riverbed and in the floodplains of the Zhaiyk River will be continued until the end of the flood period.
