Kazhydromet employees have been trained in the application of labor legislation

On November 13-14, 2024, in Astana, specialists of the HR department, representatives of regional branches and members of the conciliation commission of the National Hydrometeorological Service of Kazakhstan underwent annual training on the application of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of negotiation skills and consensus building in labor disputes.
This year, the main topic of the course is the changes made to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and their application, as well as the specifics of the functioning of the Employer's Conciliation Commission.
Upon completion of the training course, the students received certificates.
