The Regional center of Hydrology corporate Foundation invites candidates who meet the qualification requirements to submit a resume for participation in the competition for services. To perform work on this project, one Consultant is engaged, who must meet the following qualification requirements
• * Higher education in the specialty "Translation" or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of experience as an English technical translator;
• Experience in international organizations, companies and investment projects is welcome;
* Computer proficiency with well-developed skills in working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and all office equipment;
* Excellent analytical and communication skills, the ability to present information in a clear and accurate form and in an appropriate format;
* Ability to work effectively in a team spirit with other employees;
• Experience working on projects of the world Bank and the National hydrometeorological services would be an advantage. Assistant Tasks/Interpreter's:
* Manages all administrative work for the operational activities of the office;
* Acts as an interpreter at meetings, at the reception of foreign representatives in the state unitary enterprise of Component A;
* Translates documents, reports, and emails into Russian/English and stores copies of all correspondence in two languages;
* Acts as an office Manager of the state unitary enterprise, who speaks English and Russian;
• Together with a monitoring and evaluation specialist: - Conducts work and is responsible for coordinating training in all areas of component A of the Project; - Organizes logistics support for trips of the GUP staff, participants of trainings organized at the expense of Component A and international experts; - Monitors the progress of training activities and informs the head of the GUP in a timely manner;
- Participates in the preparation of reports on the progress of the Project in terms of training; - Conducts negotiations with the host party on the conditions of training, accommodation of students or teachers, organizes their provision with travel documents and visa support, as well as organizing meetings and send-offs; - Collects reports provided as part of the implementation of training contracts and organizes the implementation of the established procedures for approving the results of work;
* Performs other tasks of the project management team Leader.
