Published 12.11.2020 The weather on the territory of Kazakhstan will be determined by a large cyclone from the Salekhard regions – precipitation will pass, in the East and South-East heavy (rain, snow). In some places, fog, ice, wind strengthening are expected in the country, with a low-level snowstorm in the Northern half.
In Kostanay, North Kazakhstan, Karaganda, at night in Pavlodar regions, fog, ice, low-level Blizzard, wind strengthening 15-20 m/s, in North Kazakhstan, Karaganda regions gusts of 23-28 m/s are expected. In Almaty and West Kazakhstan regions, fog and ice are expected in some places, as well as wind strengthening of 15-20 m/s. In the Akmola region, a low-level snowstorm is expected in some places, with wind strengthening 15-20, and gusts of 25 m/s in the afternoon. In Zhambyl, Turkestan, and Mangystau regions, fog is expected in some places, and ice is expected in Zhambyl region. In the Aktobe region, ice is expected in some places, in the East Kazakhstan region, the wind will increase 15-20, gusts of 25 m/s.
