Published 15.12.2020 On the Day of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan Klinovitsky Iosif Fyodorovich observer of the Karakabinsk snowmobile route of the branch of RGP "Kazgidromet" in VKO received the State award - the medal "Eren enbegi ushin".
Klinovitsky Iosif Fyodorovich was born in 1947 and works as an observer on the Karakabinsk snowmobile route of the hydrology department of the Kazhydromet branch of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2003.
Klinovitsky IF works at one of the most difficult sites - at the hard-to-reach station in the village of Sorvenok, Markakolsky district, in any weather according to the established schedule, he removes the indicators for the condition of the snow cover, the temperature of the branch, meteonablae are processed, generalized and hydrological forecast is made. Snowmobiles are produced in the mountains to determine the snow reserves in the mountainous parts of the river basins.
